There are a number ways to search for Property for Sale in Carmel, Pebble Beach, Carmel Valley and the surrounding areas.  Many web property search tools have inaccurate data, delay notification of new listings, and don’t present all of the properties that are listed.

My Private Client System emails you when a new property is listed at the same time the real estate community is updated.

You can track your favorite properties, and monitor them as they are listed, sold, and close escrow.

Unlike other systems mine will email you the sale price when a favorite property closes escrow.

For Buyers

As you build a portfolio of favorite properties you can compare them across neighborhoods, price ranges, styles and sizes. Overtime as properties sell and close escrow you will become progressively better informed about the market and homes in your target price range, style, and location.

For Sellers and Potential Sellers

This is a great tool to identify comps yourself (and track those that I suggest as comps) to see how they perform in the market. Wondering what is happening with your neighbor’s home that is listed for sale? Add it to your favorites list and you will know when it sells and what it ultimately sells for-as it happens.
